Billing Section

Welcome to the Sylo Billing Section



1. CLICK ON BILLING IN SYLO




Here you can see a pricing layout with the cost & amounts reflected for the current billing cycle.




2. ADD OR UPDATE YOUR PAYMENT INFO



you can update your card details to Sylo by Clicking the card Icon in the top corner of Sylo


Add your payment information as well as any coupon code you may have.







3. AUTOMATED RECHARGE



You can also adjust the Automatic Recharge amount for Identity Matching ($20 min)


When your balance go below the amount you set, Sylo will automatically bring your account's balance back up.


You can see your current balances for each at the top of the billing section.

4. DOWNLOAD YOUR INVOICE



Download your invoice for a specific time frame as well as view recent tranactions made, directly on the billing page




We charge every time we get charged to send messages and access data partners without huge markups on messaging and data like other software programs





We will run an authorization to verify your card — this charge will be dropped after 2-3 business days



You can also connect your own Twilio Account + Email SMTP to improve delivery and lower costs.



If you wish to cancel your account go to Sylo's billing section, and select cancel subscription. Visit our terms and conditions for more information about cancellation.
