How To Use FB Growth Tools

1. REGISTER YOUR DOMAINS TO BEGIN USING GROWTH TOOLS.

Just type the URL of the domains you would like to add these growth tools to.

2. SET UP YOUR PERSISTENT MENU_

You can set up a persistant menu that allows your subscribers to navigate to your most important pages

You can have the menu buttons navigate to a different webpage, help article URL, or any page your followers may need help finding.

Setup a button on your persistent menu to trigger an automation sequence when someone clicks on the menu button.

For Example:

Let's say RateGenie wants to place everyone who clicks on their "Contact Us" button, but does not schedule their call, in a Handraiser Automation,

They would place the sequence here and whenever someone clicks "Contact Us", Sylo will add them to the automation instantly and reach out.

Press "Add Menu Options " to create a menu Item.

Press "Submit " to save your Persistant Menu Settings

3. SET UP YOUR FACEBOOK COMMENT BOT

You can send an automatic private message to anyone who comments a specific keyword on your Facebook posts.

This makes your page interactive & converts current followers to bot subscribers

First, get your Post ID. - Here is how we will identify which post you want to have your bot track and reply to.

Second, Name your campaign and Add Keywords that will trigger your comment bot to respond.

Finally, Type in the response your bot will send if the comment matches your keywords, and Click "Submit"

How to get Post ID:

(use (Ctrl + ) on your keyboad to zoom into helpdesk)

4. ADD FACEBOOK CHAT TO YOUR SITE

This plugin allows you to place a Facebook Messenger chat window on your website.

Every site visitor who starts a chat will automatically become a bot subscriber.

Place the code in the head tag of your website pages & Edit the welcome message to your preference.
