Getting Started - Sylo Tools:
1. CLICK ON CUSTOM FIELDS IN THE TOOLS SECTION :
Create Custom Field Names to Include for Correctly Importing Leads from , Your Current Apps.
2. ADD IN YOUR CUSTOM FIELD NAMES
Type in All of the field names you use in your data collection process.
For example:
If Tom wishes to connect his favorite Lead funnel app which uses {FIRST_NAME} as the field for the first name of his prospects.
Tom can add {FIRST_NAME} along with any other field names that should be recognized by Sylo when importing leads from this source.
You can add any custom field you would like Sylo to Recognize when Importing or Exporting your leads.
Afterward you can click Submit to add each of your field names . Then continue to add leads via webhooks.
3. CREATE GROUPS
ADD A GROUP
You can go into the Groups section and click Add group (+ button) to Create the groups would like to track.
ADD YOUR EXISTING CONTACTS BY SELECTING A LEAD SOURCE
There are different types of Groups you can create. Simply name your group, add a description and choose your existing lead source integration or Upload contacts. (You can Skip this step if you dont have an existing lead source or only wish to add & track new leads)
CHOOSE THE TRIGGERS YOU WANT TO IDENTIFY THIS GROUP WITH
LASTLY, CHOOSE THE CONVERSION EVENT FOR THIS GROUP

4. SETUP YOUR TRACKING CODE :
How to use IdentifyAI for anonymous visitor matching
You can use your code in the HTML head tag of your web pages to build an in depth profile of your page visitors .
The way this works is that the code uses a cross referencing technology to find a match of the Digital "Fingerprint”
Left on your website by your anonomous site visitors. You will be able to see their name, email,
phone number, social media profiles, credit bucket, lines of credit , and over 50 other attributes
which you can use to discover the Identity of your potential customers.
Hint: Turn the IdentifyAI code on or off with the toggle button.
5. INCLUSION LIST
Use an Inclusion list to filter any visitors based on their web activity.
For example:
If I am using Sylo for my business and I ONLY want to collect the data & reach out to people who
have already visited my general sales pages, or a specific domain,
then I can place the domains that I want to fire a tracking pixel on my Inclusion list . This will maximize
the chance of me speaking to someone who is interested in buying my product or service.
6. INTEGRATIONS - POST IDENTIFIED LEADS FROM SYLO TO YOUR APPS
Integrate Sylo with your CRM or other software using a webhook.
A webhook is the basic way different applications can communicate and interact.
Since over 90% of lead generation softwares allow for integrations via webhooks ,
All That You Need to set this up is to go into your CRM or lead software,
search for a webhook URL which allows Sylo to "POST" the lead information into your favorite apps.
Then, just place the URL in the "Send / Post Leads" section of IdentifyAI or CRM integration and we will send a JSON POST request.
You can Place your URL to post leads in the CRM tool, OR in the IdentifyAI tool. This will send all leads to your favorite apps.
7. INTEGRATIONS - GET LEADS FROM YOUR OTHER APPS
You can setup a of webhook URL to Create a specific type of integration
on your preffered forms, funnels, and site builders.
Zapier Example:
1. get a trigger URL to post requests from different softwares into Zapier.
2. Set this URL to recive input from a preffered form or funnel in your advertising.
3. Set Zapier to post a lead in your Sylo outreach in real time.
4. Make sure to map your field names properly (Also Confirm Custom Fields In Sylo)
5. This is Where you Place your Sylo Integrations URL to complete the action in Zapier.
8. Lather, Rinse, Repeat !
