1. CLICK ON THE AUTOMATIONS SECTION

Use Sylo to Create Automations for Re-Activating Anonymous Site Visitors

& Connect with customers in real time who went on your site, and who want to speak with you.

2. START DESIGNING YOUR AUTOMATION

Click on the + sign to Add a new Event to your Automation.

You should see a prompt to Name Your Automation

Then click Create and begin setting up your Re Activation Campaign.

3. SET YOUR FIRST OUTREACH METHOD

Create a Specific Type of Event

You can setup a Sequence of Events to Text, Call, Facebook Message, Email, Video Message, Picture Message, Ringless Voicemail and More that can be applied to this automation.

then Customize the action that will apply in this specific event.

For example:

You can set a delay to give your responses a human touch, Check the Response Sentiment, Send a webhook, Or be notified when a customer reaches a certain step in the Automation

Lastly Place a Lead Conversion Tracking Event When a Bot Subscriber Turns Into a Lead

4. LATHER, RINSE, REPEAT !

Click Edit Automation, Delete or Copy to Make Changes to your Automation

Repeat the process as shown in the Video to Create Your own "Re-Activation Automation".

You can create as many automations as you need.
