What's Inside The Settings Tab?





1. CHANGE YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION



You can update your email address and business phone number. in this section.






2. ADJUST YOUR CALL / VM TIMES




You can set the preffered times for your calls and VM drops.


Sylo will not send any VM or make a call outside of these hours.


You can Toggle calls and texts as Active or Disabled.






3. CONNECT FACEBOOK TO SYLO


In order to use Sylo with Facebook, you will need to have a Facebook Business Page and Business Manager Account.


Don't worry it is very easy to set up.



If you do not already have a Facebook Business page then first make sure to log in with your current Facebook personal profile.



Your personal profile will be the ADMIN on your Facebook account when you set up the page.

4. ADD NOTIFICATION EMAILS AND CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD



You can add any additional email addresses that you would like to recieve notifications to.


There's no need to add the email you used to setup your Sylo Account


Your account email will recieve notifications by default if no notifications emails are defined.






5. FILL IN YOUR BASIC INFO






6. UPLOAD YOUR PROFILE PHOTOS & LOGOS


Just click on or drag and drop your files into the upload boxes to set your profile images and logos.






7. EMAIL SETTINGS


You can setup your email settings here, as well as in the Tools section.
