How to Train Your AI Assistant





1. CLICK ON "TRAIN BOT" IN THE TOOLS SECTION



This feature allows your ai assistant to answer all of your FAQs automatically



Use the Toggle to turn your bot "on" or "off"



2. TYPE IN " Q: " & SUBMIT ANY FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTION


Your AI Assistant has the ability to detect when the most common questions or similar questions are asked and will instantly create an interactive and human-like response.



Make sure to Train your bot with as many question varriations so that when asked, it can compile the answers and send back the best reply.




For Example,


If John has an inquiry that is common, like "how much does this cost?" and Joe also asks "What is your pricing?",


Your AI Bot will recognize this as inquiries about price, and will respond according to the answers you saved for each topic.



3. TYPE " A: " THEN ENTER & SAVE YOUR RESPONSE


Once you know what questions you will most likely be asked by your prospects, You can submit the accurate responses


Your bot will know exactly how to answer based on the keywords that may be asked by your prospects.


Just type " Q: " and then your question,


Then type " A: " and the response you want to use for this and any similar questions.


Finally, hit the "Save" button and your questions & answers will be registered properly.


If you are not pleased with the bot's initial response, you may edit the answer given and press "save" again to properly register a different response.



You Can "Reset" the questions and answers by pressing the reset button

4. TEST YOUR BOT


Once you are finished, Test by typing one of your questions. Place only the "Q: " with your question, then hit "Submit" to make sure you do not have conflicting responses. The AI bot will automatically begin to answer.


If your bot answers something that is incorrect. you can add the question and response to its memory as described in the steps above.


Hint: Include variations of the questions it has learned to assure it responds correctly every time.
