How to set up your Voice IVR





1. CLICK THE (+) SIGN TO ADD A NEW VOICE IVR




Name your IVR automation




2. ADD YOUR FIRST BROADCAST STEP.



Add your audio to be broadcasted.


Click "Number" & Set a sequence for when positive and negative responses come in, (view Video).



3. CHOOSE THE NEXT STEP IN THE SEQUENCE



You can choose to add an audio message to confirm a contact time / method.


While also adding the contact to a Group, Automation, or Split Filtering based on matching field names.







The Voice Broadcast Card has 3 settings



The "Number" button is to set a interactive dial response in your IVR as shown above.



You can use the "Speech" function to extract number values and save responses to a preferred field.





Use "Forward Call" to send the call to a live agent phone At this Step, the Forward Call Feature Automatically adds the lead to your Conversions, You can view conversions in your
